It's Monday and the new week has started slowly and lazy because of the long holiday weekend. The sun is hiding somewhere behind the clouds and the day looks like a perfect one for staying home in bed....

My good old holo Catherines have been neglected for a while and looked really sad staying there on the polish rack. So me and the claws have decided to give those beauties a chance to remind us where the holographic madness have started from.

Vintage chrome nail decoration !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

Seems like playing with my chrome pigments is one of my favorite activities lately. No matter the lack of success I just keep on trying and praying for the sacred moment when I will see a flawless chrome mirror finish on the claws. The process itself is such a mess but it also fascinates me a lot and makes me want to achieve perfection. Well, I completely understand there's n such thing as perfection when I'm around but why not to think big?
Now let's take a look at the shots -

Cosmic chrome design !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

The chrome madness is still alive and the next episode of my #ChromePigmentGames is live with kind of a galaxy look design. For the base of my so called galaxies I've used Golden rose Magnetics in shades 03 and 09. It was easy to blend the shades using their own brushes.

 And here is the fun part. I took my beloved Kolinsky 000 and add few irregular curves of gel top coat. And than it was time to play with my Born Pretty Store chrome and chameleon powders. Another layer of gel top coat and here we go - not perfect but enough satisfying cosmic design.

Shifts and shades with Born Pretty Store !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

The night is knocking on the door and it's the perfect moment to share claw's latest outfit with you. It's dark, vampie look with no decorations - just pure night shades of purple and violet enriched with the chameleon and chrome mirror powder from Born Pretty Store.

 I've used two gorgeous shades of violet and purple as a base for the shinning chameleon glitter powder in order to see how it changes the different tones and colors. The pinkie and the point finger are dressed in deep dark blackened purple which turns into micro night sky when you put some chameleon powder over it. The transformation is less visible on the lighter shade but it's still pretty cool.

How a simple sparkling dust can turn one color into something so extremely different? I'm amazed. It's simply fantastic. I've chosen shade 583 pigment to try it here but there are few more gorgeous shades that deserve more attention.

Chrome effect with Born Pretty Store !!!!

Hello, my lovelies...

The chrome effect madness was getting closer and closer lately and finally grabbed me into its hands. Or I grab it in mine? Doesn't matter. The main thing here is that the claws are dressed in chrome! Well, I add some red and black for more dramatic look or just because I've wanted so.

 I've found the perfect start up set at Born Pretty Store . It took about a month to arrive in Bulgaria but every single day waiting has worth it. The set includes -

1 bottle of 5ml base coat gel

 After watching tons of tutorials I thought it would be more interesting to show you a bit different decoration using the chrome pigments. I've tried to create a gradient using both the silver and the gold powder and looks like it ends up pretty well. The black frame was the final touch I've needed. 

 The mirror effect is not enough reflective but for a first time trying these powders I'm really impressed how shiny they are. Now when I can enjoy wearing these chrome jewels I think it's more than necessary to try both the holographic and chameleon ones.
