It's Monday and the new week has started slowly and lazy because of the long holiday weekend. The sun is hiding somewhere behind the clouds and the day looks like a perfect one for staying home in bed....

My good old holo Catherines have been neglected for a while and looked really sad staying there on the polish rack. So me and the claws have decided to give those beauties a chance to remind us where the holographic madness have started from.

Hello, my lovelies....

Easter is almost here and outside is amazingly beautiful, warm and fresh after the long cold winter. All the colors are brighter and stronger and  hope to find my moment for some season inspired designs.... Till then let's see what we have.

I've found few designs that I've probably forgot to share but better late than never.... This gorgeous milk chocolate shade is Sensual Spice by Rimmel London and it's part of their Nude Collection in collaboration with Kate Moss. It's a hot delicious shade of brown that will compliment all skin tones. It's loaded with stunning golden flakes but they are visible mostly in the bottle. I've decided to add some more drama with some golden and black decorations. 

The black magnet flower jewel from Born Pretty Store is the perfect 'drama' accent....

Free hand and layered glitter !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's Monday and the sun is shining bright outside - probably the perfect moment for a lazy walk in the park or a late lunch with a friend... In my case the moment is perfect for a quick blog post since I'm at home for a short vacation. 

I've shared this design on Instagram few days ago and it's time to give some more info about it. The precious moments for nail art are somewhere at the end of my to-do list lately. I have tons of ideas but no time at all to give them life. Sad but true. So when I found myself able to steal half an hour for some free hand work I do it with pleasure. 

This time I've used few of my all time favorites - Zoya Chyna, Golden rose Jolly jewels 110 and Perfect S114 and a bit of black acrylic paint to create the abstract monogram inspired design. The black frame became too thick and dramatic but things will get better next time. After all it's a matter of practice and patience.... Hope you'll enjoy it....

Peel Off base and a textured decoration with Born Pretty Store !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's Friday and I'm ready to start the weekend. Week tasks' finished. Work's done. I'm ready to spend my free time outside enjoying the first warm sunny days for this year. It really looks like the spring is coming. So let's go straight to the claws' business before the fantastic sun goes down-  

No matter how much I enjoy wearing this mani it was extremely exiting to remove it. The reason? I've used peel off base coat by Born Pretty Store. It's clear luminous liquid with almost no smell which dries pretty fast after the application. I've put two coats of it but probably it's better to stay with one. Than I've polished the claws as always - two coats each and add a coat of gel top to my ring finger because of the little studs I've wanted to stick on the decal.

Well, it wasn't the easiest way to clean the claws but I definitely prefer to peel off the rough textured Golden rose Galaxy than trying to clean it with regular nail polish remover. And to be honest it was a great fun to see how the thick layer of polish cracks when I peel it off my nail.... The skull decoration fall off extremely easy no matter it was covered with gel top coat. Djeep Series vol.17 !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's been a while since my last #DjeepSeries post but now I'm finally ready with the design so let's see how claws are dressed today - 

 This is one of my most favorite lighters and it was quite a challenge to recreate it on my nails. Free hand work is always a pleasure for me but I think there should be more practice.... I've used acrylic paints to draw the knit pattern and the listed down bellow polishes to make the design complete.

Hello, my lovelies....

It's Monday morning and I can still feel the pillow under my head. The weekend is still holding me tight and I definitely won't mind to stay at home for couple more days.... Everything is ready for the new work week - Monday outfit/check, kid's Monday outfit/check, claws' Monday outfit/check.

What we have here - a nice bold color combo with free hand painted decoration. The colors look more fall appropriate but the warm feeling they bring makes them perfect for the freezing cold outside.

#WhenColoursCollide vol.11 !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

The first #WhenColoursCollide group collage for this year is live since Sunday and it's definitely time to show you my solo shot. This time we've had to use only violet and lavender - nothing more, nothing less. I've had a bit different idea about how this design should look but at the end it was all about free hand drawing....

Hope you enjoy the photos... Something is going completely wrong with my camera lately but I'm working on the problem. I'm also trying to put my skin condition in order because at this moment it's just horrible.... So, 2017 - I'm coming with tons of tasks in my schedule so beware!

Free hand graphic leaves !!!!

    Hello, my lovelies....

  My posting schedule went out of order lately and I hope to be able to put things in order with the new year's begining. Looks like these 24 hours are not enough for my messed up program. Well, it's not the time and the place and you definitely don't have to listen about these things so let's keep on the nails stuff.

 Searching for new interesting ways for nail decoration is one of my favorite activities. I really enjoy trying different techniques and this time a simple office tool cross pass my sight - a black permanent marker. I've choose the most thinnest one I've found on my desk and let my imagination free. Let's see the result -

 Hope you'll forgive me for the awful photos I'm showing you lately. I'm working on the problem and fingers crossed to be able to slve it soon.

   As you can see the marker is pretty good for fine details, irregular forms and  probably if your hands can stand still better than mine it would be great even for straighter lines. The best part is that Mr. Seche Vote doesn't smear the image. I'll give this marker another chance and will try it for more geometric pattern. Stay tuned for the next permanent round...
