Monday starts with a dark combo of bloody red, holographic black, multichrome flakes and a touch of pure black. All they put to compliment the gorgeous sugar skull image from Born Pretty Store water decals BN-184. I'm really satisfied how this layered design turn out. Hope you'll enjoy it too.

If you have read my last post maybe you remember what I've told you about my B-day mani. The claws were dressed in black with a touch of gold for more dramatic look. I've been wearing this mani for almost 5 days which is more than longer for me. Most of the time I feel the need to repaint my nails the day after I've made the design but not this time, no.

Bloody splatter for #WNAC2015 !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

As you may have noticed I love to take part into all kinds of contests, challenges or else. Of course if they are about nail art.... I also like to follow my shedule about the designs I'll make on my claws. There are tons of sketches all around my house - just give a blank space and a pencil and I'll start to draw down all the ideas my mind is full with.

Few days ago I've found a great nail art challenge at Instagram - #WNAC2015 featured by: @missbellatracey - one nail art theme per week every month. Just what I've needed lately. October is all for Holos and here are the themes for this month -

Spooky eyes !!!!

Helloween is knocking on our door and I thought it would be nice to start with the weird nail art designs. I've made this mani while ago inspired by a design I've saw somewhere around the web but now I just can't found the photo that inspired me. So, if any of you, my lovelies, founds something similar I would be happy to update this post with more info about the design.

Quick and spooky - that's what this mani was ment to be. Hope you enjoy it....

Chilli peppers with Dermacol Yellow pixel !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

Few weeks ago I've noticed a couple of red chilli peppers hanging at the polish rack at my favorite beauty salon. They looked so bright next to all the polishes around them and believe it or not - they looked really felicitious there. The inspiration was there. And the best of all - I was completely sure about which polish I will use to make my peppers more spicy.

Dermacol Yellow pixel.

My Yellow pixel arrived from parfimo.bg in a well packed box for less than a couple of days. I was quite surprised it was a mini bottle but the size here is not what matters. The main was inside the cute bottle - yellow tinted base full of different shaped glitter particles in white, yellow and bright chilli red. 

 As you, my lovelies can see from photos this baby looks gorgeous both over black and white. The yellow tinted base turns the white creme polish into light lemon shade. The effect it's even better when it's over a dark color as black. The consistence is a bit dense but with more practice and the right skills  it's not that hard to catch enough glitters with the brush.

There are 10 or more different glitter combinations in the collection Nail polish with effect and they all deserve attention. 

Hope you'll enjoy this spicy mani... I think it's one of my favorites from the last few months.

#OMD3 - Day Four - Black and Gold !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's day 4 from the #OMD3 Challenge and we have black and gold to inspire us.

Few days ago I've told you about my awful days from the last week. The worst of all was my broken nail and this mani is the first with two buddies trimmed down. I just haven't got the balls to cut all my nails down. So from now on you'll see some strange shaped nails here - some long, some short but still your Red Frog's nails for sure.

Draft Series: Shifted fire !!!!

Hello, my lovelies….

It’s #DraftSeries time again. With every post that brings me closer to the end of these series I feel more and more satisfied. Why so? Everytime I’m writing the very few sentences for each of my #draftseries posts I feel like I’m living in the past. It’s an odd feeling – like my life has stopped in one particular moment and it’s not going to move along. I keep on polishing and painting my nails, searching for interesting ideas, products and techniques but very often my head is almost empty of ideas. I’m wondering where all the inspiration has gone…. Hope it’s not stuck in my draft box because the great Oh Mon Dieu Challenge is coming and I‘ll need all the inspiration in the world. Maybe when the #DraftSeries are gone for good I will get back to #WebInspirationSeries, #DjeepSeries and etc. Who knows?

My 80's for #NAILlinkup !!!!

It's #NAILlinkup time for the first time this month and we have 80's for inspiration. I'm not really sure about did I succeed with it but I'm happy with the result. It's bright crazy and really really eye-catching with all the different technics and patterns  - such a great fun.

How was your Monday? Hope it was better than mine....

Sometimes I just need a second start of the week to make all things right. But No. Sometimes there's no second chance - when it's done, it's done.

So glad nail polishing is not going that way. You can always add some extra stuff to make the messy design better. That's how it happened this time. My attempt to make a simple negative space mani with a touch of blue turned into this not so bad looking mess you're seeing at the photos bellow. Sometimes it's good to have a second chance ....
