#WhenColoursCollide vol.14 - black, white and neon pink !!!!

It's Friday and the working week is almost at its end. The last few days were fantastic - sunny, warm and full of laughter. I hope it's because of the upcoming spring.... Life just has to start being better. The latest group collage with all the gorgeous designs in black, white and neon pink for the last #whencolourscollide prompt has been posted on Monday. I'm a bit late with sharing my solo shot but better late than never  - 

What we have here - the cute little squares are Born Pretty Store water decals that were smudged a bit from the top coat but the effect is not that bad at all. Pinkie and ring finger are covered with diy decals I've made using the dry marble technique. The color combo is one of my most favorite and will definitely be here again soon.

#DressMyNails with FashionMia dresses for women vol.8 !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

#DressMyNails series are moving on with the next nail art design inspired by few fantastic dresses for women I've found online while ago. It's colorful, abstract and simple - you need few neon shades, pure white creme and few drops of acetone. The rest is your imagination. 

 If I keep on looking for an inspiration at such a great stores like FashionMia probably I'll end up with a new obsession - fashion clothing. Options are endless for sure. Just look at these cool dresses here -

 Let's take a look at the left hand - it doesn't have the chance to be photographed so often as her right mate. This time I've decided to use different techniques just because I wasn't able to choose just one of them. I feel extremely inspired by all the funky dresses for women at the store - so many cool patterns, intense colors and

#DressMyNails with Cocomelody vol.4 !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's been a while since the last #DressMyNailsSeries post but finally the time has come. My friends from Cocomelody have sent a letter full of inspiration and to be honest a little part of me took a moment to dream about a romantic white wedding.... Silly frog. 

What has inspired me this time you'll ask? 

One great guy has told me once something about women's backs... Let your imagination free for more details.... So, it's all about the backless Wedding Dresses - feminine, bold and extremely sexy. If I ever make this big step in my life I will definitely wear dress like these I've saw on the store.

After all wedding dreams the idea about the mani was born. I've wanted to make something bold, artistic.... I was extremely close to putting strong red shade on my nails because.... just because these sexy backless wedding dresses deserve it. After few minutes of thinking I've decided the mani will look better in white and gold.

Draft Series: Red'n'Green with Toki !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

The weekend is almost over and all I can say is: Where the heck did it go? Where all the relaxing go? And why I still have tons of work to do? The reason for all these question is simple - I've spent my whole weekend in my daughter's room. 

Painting walls.
Cleaning dust.
Washing windows.
Drawing, cuting and sealing butterflies on the ceiling.
Moving furniture from one place to another.
Cleaning dust again.
And again.
And again.

So, my plan for this post was totally different. I've been working on a post dedicated to one of the leading European brands for manicure, pedicure, foot and nail care products, pumice sponges, foot cosmetics, hair brushes and etc. but seems like I'm not ready at all.

And here comes the last one of my #draftseries posts. Yea, I know. I'll miss those post too. I have no idea why there's only one decent photo of this mani left in my draft box. Maybe all the others were too blurry....

As you can see this mani is right on the end of my 'almond shape' road. The long sharp green stilettos are a bit scary next to their still oval red glittered brothers. It's kind of insane combo but who cares? I'm a bit insane red creature. I like the contrast between the colors, shapes and finishes here. But most of all I like the little Toki girl on my ring finger nail. She's the perfect ending for the whole picture here. 

So that's was all in this last #draftseries post. There are no drafts left in the box. Maybe the #draftseries will be back at some other moment. No one knows.

Draft Series: Graphite marks !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's #DraftSeries time again. 

Tonight I want to show you one of the oldest but favorite manis in my draft box. The color palette is also one of my most favorite - grey and silver. If I can remember well this is my first attempt using alcohol and water to create the spotted look/to be honest I've used one of my daughters parfumes instead of alcohol but it has worked just perfect/. The brush strokes were a piece of cake because of Excalibur the Greatest - one of my all time favorite polishes, perfect for all types of nail art. No matter how I use this polish Excalibur always acts like a royalty - perfect behavior in stamping, regular polishing, water marbling and etc. 

But enough talking, let's see the photos.

Forgive me, lovelies. I've got more things to tell you about this mani but  at the end of the day my mind turns on safety mode - not enough power inside me I think. I'll try to write more next time. Finger crossed.

It's finally Friday. I'm finally home. Oops, it's not Friday .... It's Thursday but it feels like Friday. Just because there will be three, yes, three weekend days .... Yeyyy!!!! Tomorrow is May Day - International Workers' Day  so I'm going to have one more day to relax and have fun with my daughter. So why not to cheer myself up with a quick post tonight? There's only one thng to be sorry for - there was no sign of the sun when I took these photos few days ago and the gorgeous holo effect is almost invisible...

How was your Monday? Hope it was better than mine....

Sometimes I just need a second start of the week to make all things right. But No. Sometimes there's no second chance - when it's done, it's done.

So glad nail polishing is not going that way. You can always add some extra stuff to make the messy design better. That's how it happened this time. My attempt to make a simple negative space mani with a touch of blue turned into this not so bad looking mess you're seeing at the photos bellow. Sometimes it's good to have a second chance ....

Draft Series:Skull Time with Golden Rose !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

I'm obsessed with skulls.

Really I've found it long ago but seems like it's time to admit it. There's no special reason for this obsession. No one knows when it started and I don't believe it will ends soon. But don't get me wrong - I'm not complaining. No, not at all. Skulls always give me a great variaty of ideas when it comes to nail art. It's more than easy to use skulls when there's no other idea around. And they always look so  ... me.

As you can see from the photos I've made this mani few months ago /there's too much green around my hands/.Also my nails are sooo rounded.Too rounded for my current taste.But that's another story.The base color is Golden rose Rich Color 48 - bright sunny yellow with the most subttle shimmer in the world.Really, the gorgeous shimmer can be seen only in the bottle and Only if you know it's really there. But the color is awesome. As awesome is the coverage.For this mani I've used two normal coats - neither thin nor thick. The decoration is mostly with acrylics. Only my point finger has a coat of L'Oreal Confettis to compliment all the others.
