Blue and grey camouflage nails !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....
Few months ago a great friend of mine made me a super cute gift  - two lighters both in a same pattern but in different color palette. Well knowing my obsession for matching my Djeep lighter with my mani Toni/ Thank you, dear!!!/   has thought these patterns would look nice on nails and here we go - me and the boys dressed in camo. Well, no Djeeps this time but who cares - it was such a delightful surprise! And if I can say to Djeep lighter designers - My dear friends, I think it's time for you to cheer up your fans with creating few camouflage patterns for our beloved lighters! Believe me they will become a great success.
I've used the lightest and the darkest grey colors to create the mid toned one. Mixing colors at the time of free hand drawing probably will become a new passion for the nail art obsessed soul of mine.
 Used -
- for the blue camo -
Brooklin 13 - base color - light baby blue creme
Catherine Arley 08 - bright blue creme
Maybelline Color Show 60 Seconds 59 Marine chic - deep blackened blue creme
- for the grey camo -

L´Oreal Paris Le Jewel Shaker !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....
Today I have something really special to show you - L'oreal Le Jewel Shaker.
I've never been attracted to those little caviar beads because of their durability. When I've first saw this little golden bottle I've thought it's full with some delicate perfume. Don't laugh at me please.... Perfumes have never been my passion - I just like fresh clear scents and have just a few bottles at home. That doesn't mean I don't like perfumes. No, I'm capable to buy one just because I love the bottle shape. So, when this little treasure crossed my sight and when I've found it's designed for nail art.... Well, what can I say? I need to have it.
It was quite a challenge to manage with the shaker but I've ended with a  stunning result with only one attempt behind me. I put my pinkie in the bottle, close it really gentle in order to keep the base coat even and start shaking. When I get my finger out of the bottle the crystal beads were perfectly placed right over my nail plate. Just like that.
It's gorgeous, isn't it!? So sad that it's so far from long lasting nail decoration...
Let's see some more shots, please.... I'm just too obsessed with looking at these fantastic little balls. No matter that the decoration lasts less then couple of hours I've felt really special with that kind of bling on the claws.
I've found my shaker on parfimo.bg and it took just couple of days to see it in my hands. Probably I'll go and check for something even more inspiring there... Who knows? Inspiration is everywhere.

Used -
L'Oreal Jewel Shaker - little ball shaped crystal gorgeousness
L'Oreal Color Riche 604 Metropolitan - smooth grey perfection
Essence The Darks 20 turn on the black - the best black with metal finish
Catrice Luxury Nudes Magical Nude - one of my latest nude passions
Born Pretty Store Pearl Rhinestone - to add some more drama

The beauty is in the small things.... most of the times.

Smooshy Tribal Nails - free hand nail art !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....
In this early Friday morning with the sun rising outside it's time to show you one of the latest claws' outfits. It's been a while since my last free hand design but believe me the next one will be live soon. I'm feeling a great inspiration lately and *fingers crossed* to keep it longer.
I've found there's an effect called smooshy nails while ago and the obsessed by nail art part of me was excited to try it on. It's a funny and easy way to pimp up your nails with something as simple as a piece of plastic bag or just using your favorite stamper.
*Put a base color on the nail plate - I've choose light grey creme
*Quickly add few drops of different colors here and there on your nail - few different shades of grey here
*Again quickly start pressing gently the plastic bag piece or the stamper over your nail until you get satisfied with the result - I've used the first plastic bag I've saw
*Put a layer of topcoat and you're ready!
I'm so in love with this mani.... As I've finally found the perfect white acrylic paint that is amazingly opaque and pigmented now it's time to practice, practice, practice. The shaky hands don't bother me at all. I'm sure they will stay calm and will give the most straight lines if I give them the time to improve themselves. Than the claws will be satisfied... So, my precious hands - be good - more geometric free hand work is on it's way!
Used -
China glaze Electrify - accent pinkie
Flormar FC32 Victory of Black - for the smooshy effect
L'Oreal Color Riche 604 Metropolitan - for the smooshy effect
Maybelline Colorama 288 - base color
white acrylic paint - for the tribal pattern

Black roses on grey gradient !!!!

   Hello, my lovelies....
Sunny days are over.... at least for this week. It's raining outside. It's raining and it probably will keep it that way the next couple of days. It's sad. Really sad to see the end of the summer.
That's the reason for today's mani. I'm starting to look accross the dark shades in my collection which were a bit ignored lately. It's been a while since I've painted roses on my nails and the base here looked like a great opportunity for a comeback.
The good creme finish always throws me into a great dilemma. Should I leave it clear just to enjoy the smoothness or should I add some decoration to make it pop out? Such a difficult decision to be made....
Roses on grey gradient. Simple. Easy. Casual.
Used -
Manhattan Lotus effect 65W - blackened blackberry purple
Essence Color&go 35 Movie star - dark concrete grey
L'Oreal Color Riche 604 Metropolitan - lighter cloudy grey
acrilyc paint, fine brush

#OMD3 - Day Six - Polka Dot !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....
Day 6 of #OMD3 is almost at its end/well, at our time zone of corse/. I've had a great expectations about the theme and its recreation. But as you can see from the photos no matter how great your expectations are the result is not always that great. At all. After all the ideas in my mind the end result is far far away from what I call 'nice looking' mani. My sponged base turn out too rough and the dots.... Well, the dots don't deserve to be commented.
All I can do is to say: 'Forgive me, OMD....'
Used -
Essence Road trip 01 Hit the road,Red!
L'Oreal Color Riche 604 Metropolitan
Essence The Nudes  03 i'm lost in you
