Blushed Lavender Nails !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's Saturday morning and my coffee mug is almost empty. I'm not complaining at all. It's been a while since my last lazy Saturday morning at home and I'll definitely give my best to spend it in a full relax.

I've made this mani couple of weeks ago when the claws were still pretty short. The idea was a bit different from the end result but I'll re-do it some other day... probably. I've wanted a light tender design to match it with a particular outfit. Now looking at the shots below I can only be sorry I didn't took a single photo of both the mani and the outfit. Silly frog.

Pixie Dust Gradient for sparkling claws !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

I've been in a great dilemma how to decorate the claws and guess what - nothing even close to decoration has crossed my mind. Empty mind. So, after wearing the nude shades from the last post for a couple of days I just clean them off and grab two of my favorite Pixie dusts - Tomoko and Chyna. I know it looks pretty plain but the gorgeousness of these beauties was all I really need at this moment. The rich red filled with tons of glitters and the white gold next to it is always a right decision.

With no further blah-blah let me show you the sparkling claws.

Black roses on grey gradient !!!!

   Hello, my lovelies....

   Sunny days are over.... at least for this week. It's raining outside. It's raining and it probably will keep it that way the next couple of days. It's sad. Really sad to see the end of the summer. 

   That's the reason for today's mani. I'm starting to look accross the dark shades in my collection which were a bit ignored lately. It's been a while since I've painted roses on my nails and the base here looked like a great opportunity for a comeback. 

   The good creme finish always throws me into a great dilemma. Should I leave it clear just to enjoy the smoothness or should I add some decoration to make it pop out? Such a difficult decision to be made....

Sponge,Stamp and Love with Bornprettystore BP 21 !!!!

Sunday afternoon is always lazy and sleepy for me.I'd like to spend it mostly in bed with a book and a hot cup of coffee or something beside me.Reading is not always possible because my little daughter is not a huge fan of 'reading-sleeping' version of me...Well,3rd grade is not that 'little' anymore if you ask her but of course that's another story.So,I like my Sunday afternoons.I was thinking that one will be the same but something made  it different - one single thought and all my plans went in a different direction.

Yesterday I've recieved a package from BornPrettyStore.The stamping plate inside was calling me.Till know I have only one attempt with stamping and I don't even remember was it good or not.It was so long ago.So the decision was made - I'll do my nails and then I'll get back to my Sunday schedule.BornPrettyStore's plate - BP 21 - deserves a part of my nap time  for sure.

My nails were ready for stamping.Yesterday I've made my first pretty good looking gradient with a make up sponge.

The dark vampy colors I've used were screaming to put some gold or copper around them.A full nail stamping with gold sounds really nice to me.I thought it would be easy....But for an amateur in stamping like me there's no such thing as easy stamping.No full nail stamped as you can see - only few sections of the choosen part of the stamping plate.Maybe next time it would be better who knows... with more practice...

Now let's take a look at the photos.I'm pretty satisfied with the result - the stamped image became more chaotic then I prefer but that makes the design more interesting,looks kind of egyptian ...At least I'd like it to be that way...Enjoy it,lovelies....

Final thoughts - BornPrettyStore' stamping plates have gorgeous designs for sure.The only thing I would change in my future stamping attempts will be the size of my stamper.My nails are quite too long for the stamper I have and there's no way to transfer a full nail design with it.
