#OMD3 - Day Ten - Floral !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

It's Day 10 of #OMD3 and we have Floral nails to be done. Well, I've made mine and the begining of the challenge just because I've wanted something feminine and a bit vintage at that moment. So the floral theme seemed to be a great decision. But as I mentioned few posts ago - I was in some a kind of a really bad luck period at that moment and all ends with a nail broken.

Here is my ruined Floral story - 

I've made my nails with so much pleasure and I really was satisfied at the end. I went to work, I've worked, I went shopping for dinner and Bang! - a sweet juicy melon decided to ruin my day at its end. I just wanted to put the rounded buddy in the bag but the stupid melon didn't wanted to do things right. One melon down - one nail down. What's done is done. But after all I've decided to show you my floral mani no matter one of the guys is missing.

 I can only say - my nails grow fast so in a couple of weeks I hope to enjoy the long clows again.

Guilty...I know.Long time no see...no post..not a single word.I'm truly guilty.

But you are my awesome lovelies right?You are too kind to be angry at me for a long....I hope so.

Last days of summer,ah?That makes me feel sooo sad...I love summer.I love summer's long days.I love summer's warm nights.I love summer's fresh mornings.I love summer's bright colors.And I won't let them go so quick.

Doll's Dots with Pool Side Party by P2 !!!!

Good morning,lovelies...

I'm extremely happy to show you today's mani!!Why so?Take a seat,take your cup of coffee and let's see why....

Few weeks ago I took part in a nail art contest hosted by Beauty Expression by Luchessa and Polish Alcoholic - ladies,you are awesome!!!!The theme was named after the latest limited edition collection by P2 - Pool Side Party.

What was my surprise when I found I've won....You just can't imagine how happy was your Red frog.And a couple of weeks later these lovelies came home....Luchessa,you are a sweetheart!!!

These babies are fresh like a cold cocktail and bright as sunlight.They just scream 'SUMMER!!!'.All five have themed names - from left to right - 010 blue lagoon,020 turquoise sky,030 violet summerdream,040 sunshine yellow and 050 new wave.Really gorgeous!!

Some facts about these five beauties - 

Shades - as you can see - stunning!!!

Coverage - really good pigmentation..only the yellow one needs more attention and careful applying - two coats all except the Sunshine

Drying time - pretty good I think...but cool them for a minute before use cause the hot weather makes them a bit sticky

Final thoughts - I'm impressed how much I love them all!

Pink impression with Perfect Sand Lacquer S57 !!!!

Hello,lovelies....

I woke up last morning and thought - the moment needs some romance,some light and tenderness...What better way to keep the bad things away than thinking more positive?Well,it won't help much I guess but let's give it a try...At least I'll look more girly for a couple of days.

You know I like strong intensive colors more than any other ones but time to time the girly girl inside me wants to get out.And she wears pink.Mostly.

This time the chosen one is Perfect Sand Lacquer S57 - super sweet baby pink I've bought in a fit of insanity few weeks ago.As all other Perfects from this collection this one is with awesome opacity and gorgeous sand finish.
I've used my acrylics for the decoration - abstract flowers over Essence Color&go 36 Enchanted fairy - light pink with a touch of violet in it.Let's see...

I'm satisfied with the result.As you can see from the shots the sun really likes this mani...Do you like it,lovelies?

Good morning,sunshines!!

Still in bed?...Of course you're still in bed.There's nothing to hurry for in this lazy summer morning.The sun is slowly rising and gives colors  such a mystic shades,light and smoky.The air is kind of crystal especially around the water...

It's Monday?Already?....Ugh,work time for most of us.No sunshine,no crystal air,no sugar cocktails in the office.Back in reality.

But...This time is a good 'But'.

The bright side of life with Perfect Sand Polish S71 !!!!

Hello hello!!

Nice to see you,guys!!Seems like I'm a bit lazy lately....it won't last long....I think so.

What's new around me?Well,think I'm a truly addicted to sand polishes but I've told you that long ago right?I'm thinking about changing the blog's look...any suggestion?I need a change - want it to look a bit lighter,to feel the summer,to shows the bright side if life...So soon we'll see the new outfit of Red Frog's Corner...

What I have for you today?

Perfect Sand polish in S 71 shade - bright neon sparkling green with sand finish,silver glitter particles and amazing coverage.

The rest of the nails are....well,sponged and hand painted with kind of abstract design which didn't look like this in my mind....At first I was thinking of stripes and hearts but then it went on a different direction.I like it.

I know my post are shorter than before...this will change too.Every polish gets a story here - soon stories will be longer and better.Trust me.

As red as it takes !!!!

Vintage Polish Days !!!!

My inspiration came from a photo I've found long ago searching for something different and sweet to recreate on my nails.It's made by Majsa Agi.

 I fall in love at the moment I saw her cute little girls and now I'm happy to share mine with you..

 My vintage lovelies:

 - Melly 52 - one of my oldest treasures.The most beautiful and opaque grey I have.

 - Ruby Rose 50 - also old but close to my heart,gorgeous light grey with subtle duochrome effect from blue to violet.Sadly I couldn't catch this beauty with my camera.

 - Essence Black and White 01 Make me holo - duochrome topcoat also in blue to violet shades.I put a coat of it over the Melly grey.Simply magnificient.
