It's been a while since my last attempt with Born Pretty Store water decals and I really wonder why I have to wait that long? It's always a great fun to pimp the claws with something interesting and BPS water decals are one of my favorite.

Look how detailed are these images.... I love how the actress is almost hidden but still so visible. And of course - how to resist not to add some free hand kanji writing? I have no idea about the meaning but it looks pretty good next to the decals.

Golden Rose Prodigy Gel Duo !!!!

Hello, my lovelies....

In this early morning it's probably a better idea to be still in bed sleeping than here writing but I cant help it.... I just don't want to pass another day without a blog post. Hope your coffee is still hot and next to you and you are in a mood for pale non decorated nails. As I've promised you in the last post today I'm going to tell you a bit more about one of the latest limited edition lines by Golden rose - Prodigy Gel Duo.

The line came in 22 basic creme polishes in a nice variety of shades and every color is packed with its own bottle of topcoat. Both color and top coat do not need any kind of lamp and GR promises 7 days lasting shine. If you follow the instructions for applying you'll get a decent manicure with almost all the gel polishes can give - shine, even coverage and of course durability. Well, hope you won't expect the durability will be the same as with the real gel polish but don't worry - I've took off my Prodigy after 5 days wearing without any remarkable damages.

I've choose a nice light dusty pink with a bit of violet in it for my first try. Even in such a light shade the polish is well pigmented and makes an even and smooth covering. The photos do not represent the real color, sorry for that. It's a bit more pink in real.

So, after all this gel like set definitely worth the trying and I'll probably get few more shades home with me.

Summer mix !!!!

Hello, my lovelies.....

After the long day inside the office I'm finally home and the glass of cold beer is next to me along with you. This is one of my favorite part of the day - me at home, the good old dog laying down next to me, the misting glass of beer and.... well, only my little princess is missing to complete the whole picture. But this time she's not around because she has a daddy to take her on a vacation in Greece. That's good. Me happy she could rest a bit from her always tired mommy. So that's me at the moment - relaxing as much as possible.

What I have for you today - a pretty ordinary summer mix with a little stamping, couple of different shades and glitter of course. Let's see.

 Nice. Simple. Girly. Just pretty. Sorry but nothing more to say about this mani. I'm not impressed. It's just a good daily summer mix.

Draft Series:Africa !!!!

Hello, my lovelies ....

Seems like this is one of those Friday nights .... Just me, my bed, my soft warm blanket and the biggest cup of coffee I'd be able to drink without becoming an insomniac. Ugh. Sad story. Ok, the big black wet nose - my dog of course - is also here. Sorry, old girl, I didn't meant to ignore your presence.

The Nudes are Dipped in Silver with Essence !!!!

Hello, my lovelies ....

Back in the non-polish-addicted days when there were just a bunch bottles of polish on the shelf .... I was a huge fan of all dark shades and ain't got no nude ones around. But than the obsession has started. I've noticed there are so many marvellous colors closed in little bottles .... And I've wanted them all. In the last few months I'm searching for my perfect nude and it's tough. To find a nude polish for my yellow-ish skin tone is not that easy. When I've heard about Essence's new limited editions - I Love Nudes - I was thrilled. Maybe, just maybe The One is coming. So now it's nude time! The Nudes have finally arrived! 

It wasn't easy to pick just two of them. To be honest I'm thinking about geeting back at the store for the rest of the collection. 

Let me introduce you to 'I'm Lost In You' and 'Pure Soul'.

I'm Lost In You - smooth creme finish, light terracotta shade, perfect for a bit warmer skin tones, great application, acceptable drying time, two coats. Really, really close to the perfection.

Pure Soul - light pink-ish ivory, very delicate and feminine, perfect for a french type mani, a bit tricky application but still buildable for such a light shade, stunning pink subtle shimmer visible mostly in the bottle, a great base for nail art, three thin coats. Pure treasure for my collection.

After all I'm still searching. But I'm sure Mr.Perfect-Nude is a bit closer than before. 
I've wore the Nudes for a day in their pure clear gorgeousness and then I've decided to play a bit with my stamping plates.The silver metalic ending of today's mani is A-England Excalibur. Hope you like it, my lovelies .... I just love it.

Hello,my lovelies...

My weekend was a real pain in the as$ ... I don't even want to remember it...After all I think I've lost enough neural cells and it's time to say 'Enough.Don't want to see,smell,feel or think about anything even close to housewifery,plumbery or else household actions.Enough.'

Few minutes ago I've found my way out of it.As we all know my draft box is still full so here is the next 'from the drafts' post - it's the best time for a post,it's time for me and my polishes,it's time to run straight into my obsessive polish world.And if it's possible I think to stay here for the rest of the night.

I'm happy with the new shape of my nails.It was time for a change and what better way to do this -  just grabbed the nail file and enjoyed the 'only me and my nails' moments.

Stilettos are my new black.And I was thinking of white and gold.The design came alive nail by nail.It was one of the rare moments when I really didn't have any idea what and how my nails should look like.And Bang.Nail by Nail.Gold on White.
